Course outline:
Importance of vision, mission, values, and objectives and also SWOT analysis. Discussion includes HR handling including talent management and professional PR; teamwork and principle of organizational success; P-T-C chart and essentiality of standard policy and good practices.
Learning outcomes:
After completion of this course, participants will learn, how to develop company policy for mutual benefit and efficient HR practices; how to create employee-friendly, profit generating and quality service-oriented working environment; how to go for employee development and organizational growth at the same time; how to ensure KPI and target based working culture and maximum productivity and organizational sustainability; also they will learn how to create a safe, friendly and professional working environment where employees and stakeholders will work together satisfactorily and effectively.
Methodology:
Interactive session by the expert and the participants. Expert will conduct different sessions for senior-level and mid-level employees on the abovementioned topics. A separate short session with HR team and admin head will be organized. A special one hour or half an hour session with top team members would be preferable. Quality discussion with the participants during tea and/or lunch time.
